Donna Vo-Brown: Director
From her first shift as a casual support worker to leading Outstanding-ratings, Donna’s 14-year journey in residential care is a testament to her passion, leadership, and expertise. She has successfully managed an EBD home and opened a Therapeutic home, creating environments where vulnerable children feel safe, supported, and empowered. Alongside managing homes, Donna has mentored aspiring managers and guided new home managers, helping them to develop their skills and lead with confidence. Her commitment to safeguarding and trauma-informed practice also led her to serve as a Safeguarding Governor at a trauma-informed school. Donna’s fun ,nurturing, therapeutic approach builds deep, lasting influences, creating spaces where children can heal, grow, and thrive.

Gavin Meakin: Director
With over 13 years of experience in residential care, Gavin began his career as a night support worker and has progressed to managing multiple homes with outstanding success. His passion for creating stable staff teams and ensuring long-term placements has led to significant outcomes for the children in his care. Gavin’s restorative approach builds meaningful connections between staff and young people, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

Julie Fox: Learning and Development Officer
Julie Fox, has over 3 decades of experience in social care. A passion for people, for change and for fair and transparent services. Julie has worked in a variety of children and adult homes, specialising in mental health and well being.
Bringing her passion and drive for inclusion, understanding and adaptability. julie works from a trauma informed approach and has strong influential skills to ensure that teams work in a fair and consistent way. Julie’s drive is to coach and mentor teams to provide wrap around care for children. Whilst ensuring that teams have wrap around solutions for their own health and well-being.
Training and development is Julie’s passion, creating a strong learning ethos and culture to embrace a diverse range of young people and the team to thrive and achieve.

Sam Keeley: Psychological Therapist
Sam has spent the last 15 years as a Psychological Therapist, Psychological Trainer and Director, focused on supporting children in residential care, and children and adults in community settings. He works from an impartial, friendly and non-judgmental perspective and aims to create a space where people can feel at ease and able to work at their own pace to move forwards.
He is experienced in completing comprehensive psychological assessments and delivering psychological interventions informed by cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, Theraplay®, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). His experience as a father and from working with children helps ensure therapy sessions are fun and play-based, and that the therapy space is maintained as a comfortable and happy place for children and their caregivers.
He is passionate about supporting the implementation of evidence-based approaches within care environments, such as PACE (playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy) and trauma-informed care within care environments and is able to provide professional, evidence-based training and consultancy in a wide range of areas.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys travelling, keeping fit and playing the piano.
